REFUND POLICY

John Thomas College of Naturopathic Medicine will refund all fees and tuition paid if the student cancels enrollment within 3 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Prior to the commencement of the program’s first module, tuition will be refunded with the exception of the application fee. Refunds are made based on the calculation of the total amount of tuition required for the program. One hour of attendance at any module will constitute full attendance and financial obligation will accrue from that point. This does not constitute acceptable attendance for completion of the module toward your degree. After attendance at the first module, the refund schedule will be as follows:

Refund percentage is based on total tuition. Monies that are owed are not subject to refunds and no refund will be given beyond the amount of money paid to the college, less the above cited percentage.
